I feed it and my rabbits are a perfect weight, some a little under that I'm trying to get their weight up a little.

RE: All rabbit owners!PLEASE HElP!!! As the above poster has said. We use Wagg Rabbit optium nuggets and freeze dried grass (hay substitute) You can feed hay in large amounts. Fresh veg should be fed daily, small amount and slow introduction for buns that are not used to it. We have a veggie list for bunnys on our website if you would like to know what is safe for your bunnys.

Rabbit diet list.

http://www.popcornparadiseanimalrescue.co.uk/rdiet.html

RE: All rabbit owners!PLEASE HElP!!! They are the reason why so many rabbits are obese and die young of kidney stones. Alfalfa has too much calcium for an adult bunny.

The post about cetroscopes (below my first one) is not true, but I guess it depends on the bunnies. My bunny likes pooing those during the afternoon, LOL.

RE: All rabbit owners!PLEASE HElP!!! I have switched Toby to an Alfalfa pellet, and give him timothy hay with a few veggies now. I have noticed he no longer has a icky bum, and he is way more active! THANKS SO MUCH!

RE: All rabbit owners!PLEASE HElP!!! Both of these feeds are just the alfalfa pellets, no mixtures, the fiesta mixes and such are not good for rabbits because of the high and unnecessary sugar content. Plus the type of feed I mentioned is overall a whole lot cheaper!

Adding timothy hay to your rabbit's diet is also good for the roughage, helps digestion (could be part of the reason for a yucky bum like you said).

Let us know what you do

RE: All rabbit owners!PLEASE HElP!!! It looks kind of like they are washing their face. You should see your previous post in the rabbit section for my last answer.

All rabbit owners!PLEASE HElP!!! He is my first rabbit and i have no clue if im feeding him right. Please let me know what you feed your rabbits for a long and healthy life! He also has recently started to always have a wet bum. He got his litter stuck all over it so i gave him a bath with a wash cloth and bunny shampoo but that was over 24 hours ago and his bum is still wet! I also havnt seen any cecotropes around his cage or him eating any. Is it normal that i never see him or is he supposed to leave them around? Please let me know what you feed your rabbits and what you suggest i do.
