Club Critter Profile age is wrong?

For some reason on all of my pet profile pages the age is wrong. It always says they are less than a year old. I have tried fixing it several times but no matter what age I choose it always says they are less than a year old. Is anyone else having this problem? Does anyone know how to fix it?

I want to apologize to Charlotte for all the problems she was having with her forum account. The problems happened at a time when one of our administrators was on maternity leave. I tried to get one of the other administrators to fix whatever the problem was that was causing Charlotte not to be able to participate on the forum, but he was unable to figure out the problem. I want to thank Charlotte for her patience. Charlotte decided to create a new forum account instead of waiting on her old account to be fixed. I look forward to Charlotte being back on the forum.

Club Critter expired points

I lost my internet connection a little over a month ago and could not get online to log on and it looks like they took my club critter points away!!!

I was soooooooooo close to the amount I needed and I worked really hard for a long time to get those points and it's not like I just didn't want to log in or anything, but I couldn't!!!

IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO TO GET THOSE POINTS BACK?!?! ANYTHING?!?!?

Having a pic next to my name in forum posts

Hi, I was wondering how everyone gets their picture next to their name on the left hand side of the screen when they post things in the forum? I went into the Control Panel and included a picture in there, but it doesn't show up when I post messages... Am I putting the picture in the wrong place? Thanks!!

Color/Variety section of pet info does not always save

Hi, I've noticed that whenver I update the info on my pet's page, the Color/Variety section keeps getting deleted when I save. I always have to go back and put the information back in. Is anyone else having this problem? Thanks!

Royal Rulers Contest? Where did it go?

I was one of a few who entered the Royal Rulers contest on the SAC contest page.. I was just curious if anyone knew the results of that contest since I can't seem to find it anymore. It's not listed under the past contests and any information about it seems to have been removed. Was a winner chosen and if so, who won?

I tried to enter the ferret contests on the ferret magazine website. When you ask for country (Canada or US) there is no space to put a postal code only zip code. So needless to say I'm not able to enter pics of my ferrets. The entry doesn't go thru--because theirs no zip code. I've emailed "Contact Us" but haven't even been given the decency of a reply. Does anyone ever answer!!!!

Would love to know who to contact and get a answer.

Search feature?

Would it be possible to add a search feature to the message boards. I may have a question that has already been answered, but I don't have time to wade through and find the posting. If there was a way to type in a keyword, and have all the posts containing that key word come up, that would be SO COOL!
