Kaytee hasbad things in their food, such as corn. Corn is a cheap filler found in most bad pet food. Most small animals are color blind, so whats's the point of putting coloring in their food? I feed Oxbow to my rabbits and ZuPreem hay.

You could also follow BunspaceStore. They are very knowledgeable about rabbits.
And NewMoonRabbitRescue

RE: Best People (Regarding Small Animals) To Follow on Twitter

To be honest, I'm not really into Twitter, but I would much rather follow Oxbow over Kaytee because of the fact that Oxbow tends to make better products and actually does research on what small animals need in their diets. I'm not a big fan of Kaytee because they tend to add artificial colors and preservatives in some of their food brands that my guinea pigs, and most other small animals, do not need or should have (it's more for our benefit than theirs). I'm not a big fan of Superpet either, in terms of their cages for rabbits and guinea pigs (not big enough for them and not great in terms of getting the critter out of their cages. I much prefer Midwest cages. In terms of products, Ware Manufacturing tends to have some cool stuff, as does Busy Bunny (the latter if you have a rabbit, chinchilla, or guinea pig).

In short, try the following:
Oxbow: http://twitter.com/OxbowAH
MidWest Home For Pets (not sure if they have a Twitter account)
Ware Manufacturing: http://twitter.com/waremfg
Busy Bunny (not sure if they have a Twitter account either)

P.S. Zupreem isn't too bad either. They make quite a few diets for zoo animals, in addition to small animals, so they should have quite a bit of info as well.

RE: Best People (Regarding Small Animals) To Follow on Twitter

You could also follow SmallAnimalChannel on Twitter at:

http://twitter.com/ohthosecritters

Best People (Regarding Small Animals) To Follow on Twitter

I was wondering who people thought were the best people to follow for small animal information on Twitter. I am following www.twitter.com/KAYTEEproducts and www.twitter.com/Superpetusa so far. I also found www.twitter.com/petfundango but I wanted to see what other people thought.
