Click on the link below to see my 'fur-annas' in action! They act like they are starving, but they arent. They are PSYCHO when it comes to cornish game hen. They LOVE it! This vid clip is just of them eating a small, raw, whole chicken, no mice or blood or guts or anything. Its really neat to watch them eat, you can tell how much they LOVE their food. Enjoy! My niece has two ferrets - Dusty and Storm. Whenever I'm over at my folks house I always take my camera because you never know when an opportunity will arise to snap a great picture of these little rascals.

Dusty's favorite past time is to lay behind the TV in the spare bedroom and play with his stash of empty bottles. He will lay on his back and kick the bottles around and it's the cutest thing I've ever seen. Last week I happened to get this picture of him.

Fozzy

Fozzy is Faylene's bonded buddy. He too is 6 years old and recently rehomed with me. The poor guy was quite obese and is now starting to trim down. He is a gorgeous champagne color with golden highlights and is an absolute cuddlebug! Of course I think some of that willingness to cuddle stems from the fact that movement for him has been a chore for some time. He came form a family of 5 ferrets and apparently he was bottom of the totem pole. I think he hugged the food dish for comfort. But he is slowly coming around to accepting a better diet of raw foods and whole prey. Already he is moving around much more and enjoying free roam 24/7! He even hops sideways a couple times! His version of a war dance at the moment!

Faylene is one of my new ferrets! She is 6 years old! Recently needed rehoming with her bonded buddy Fozzy due to a change in their home situation. So I offered them a new home!

So Hend turned ONE YEAR OLD on June 3rd! I meant to post these pics but I got a bit distracted. For his B-day we got him a new hammy (cuz he LOVES to sleep). Here is what it looks like:

He is IN LOVE with his new present. Sam and I wanted to get him a bunch more stuff, but we are kinda tight on money right now. I think Hendrix knows we love him, even though we couldnt buy him a ton of presents.

What are some of the tips and tricks everyone uses to get photos of their fuzzies? After a recent attempt I managed to get one smeer off a whole roll of film. Also, how do you get the nature shots without them being on their leashes? They dont run away on you?
