Sounds like they have an respiratory infection. I would take them to a guinea pig savvy vet to be treated. Some info on this possible illness and treatment found at this link

I need some help. My guinea pigs have been 'coughing' and I don't know what to do. They get fresh hay every day and guinea pig pellets twice a day; oranges every night too. Sometimes they make a wheezing noise before they 'cough.' What are they doing? Are they sick or do I need to take them to a vet?? Help please!!!!
