Today i bought two MALE hedgehogs off of Kijiji, They are both a year old and have been living together their whole life, As too the fact that they are both male, i am concerned that they are living together. I am thinking about separating them but i am wondering if maybe they have created a bond ?I thought all hedge hogs of the same sex could live together, so this whole no males together thing is new to me. And really bothering me. I am kind of worried ! Can someone please help me out and give me some helpful information ? Remember, they are both a year old and have lived together forever....

I read on the internet that hedgehogs are solitary animals. I 've heard that male hedgehogs are territorial and can turn on each other ever when they've been housed together for a long time.  I 'm not an expert on hedgehogs, so please research the subject further.

Hedgehogs are solitary animals, they like to live alone. You should make sure you read all about the animals before getting them. That way you can be sure you are giving them the best care.
