Hello bunny forum readers!

I am publishing this weird, yet serious topic--bunny domination.

1. The Facts

1. Domination is one bunny who is top or "alpha" of their cage mates. They dominate the other bunnys to show they are the boss. They do this by laying on top of the other bunnies.
2.Domination can occur between any gender mix up--female to female, male to male, or female to male.

Answers and NEEDED Answers

1. When do bunnies do this? -- They can do it anytime, and mostly at feeding times.
2. How do I control them to stop it? -- You don't want to intervere with this, but sometimes the dominate bunny can over dominate the other bunnies, which is not acceptable with their owners! I use a windex/other spraying bottle (CLEANED OUT FULLY) or store bought empty ones - and spray the dominate bunny once while they are dominating to stop them.
3. I need some more ideas on how to control this. My dominate bunny is over dominating my other bunny!

P.S - CAUTION -- Make sure you know that your bunny is dominating...they could be mating. Make sure they are neutered or spayed if they are opposite genders unless you are intentionally breeding bunnies.

Most animals have a dominant member, but this isn't always the case. Bunnies are no exception.
