I have a 7 month old female holland lop. Over the past month and a half I have noticed a lump under her chin that has been growing for a while now. She acts completely normal and is as jumpy as ever. I felt it and it feels like fatty skin and lots of fur. I have seen bunnies with the same kind of thing but not as big as this and this is more under the left part of her chin and neck aria. I'm starting to get concerned that this is not normal.

female rabbits (doe) will get a double chin ( dulap) however this usually happens when they are ready to have babies. however if it is a lump then it probably is an abscess and you should take your rabbit to see a vet. good luck!

It's a dewlap...does get it when they mature so that if/when they ever have babies they can easily pull fur for the nest from there (and from around their nipples). However, if it's not "flappy/flabby" or loose skin, like if it's hard and lumpy then you should have it checked out. Sometimes bucks can get small dewlaps too.
A picture would help too....but it's most likely just a dewlap
