So,
As I mentioned (semi-sarcastically) in the Iz/Brut Update, I don't think Izabelle knows and/or wants to be a ferret. So for the moment, we're keeping them separated. Unfortunately there have been some accidental encounters, one getting my little peanut SO upset, that she threw up. Yeah, I know what you're thinking, "ferrets DON'T thow up"!!! Well, boy did she!!! Don't worry she is FINE. She seemed more PUZZLED than anything. She proceeded to play with me, then had a BIG lunch (both within 10 mins. of the incident). Anyway...
Since we got Brutus, and have been having such problems, Izzy's personality with US has changed quite a bit (in good ways). She has always been social w/us but only cuddled, with ME mostly, at bedtime. Now she cuddles more w/Kristi and even SEEKS me out to cuddle. She is now MORE of a sweetheart with us. Very cool!!! She is playing much longer and harder too.
So... Maybe a little bit (or alot) of good has come out of our getting Brutus (the Bane of Izzy's Existence)!!!
Bonus Eye Candy!!!  Iz playing lastnight with her "Daddy"!!!  Later, Matt

Hey guys. I'm glad to hear that some good has come out of all of this. Its great that Iz is more affectionate. I'm so sorry that she isn't down with brutus. Some one told me that females, especially ones that have lived alone for over a year, often have anti-social tendencies but NOTHING like I've seen with Izzy!

Maybe one day those two will get along. But in the mean time its great to hear that Izzy is become more of a cuddler. That is always fun.

The pic is adorable BTW! What a cute little peanut. My "little pumpkin seed" (Delilah) says hi to izzy lol!
