Hi!
Sorry you're having trouble with creating your avatar. It can be difficult to get started. I'm not sure what's going wrong, but here are the steps to try:
1) When you're on the page that shows your blog and GPs photo, click on words "Create/Edit Avatar," they're in orange.
This should bring you to a page that has a box with four "tabs" across the top. It defaults to the tab in the upper left that says My Critter Avatars. Inside this box, you'll see in very small type, the word "Edit." There's a tiny icon of a pencil beside the word Edit.
2) Click the tiny word "Edit" and that should change the box, showing a colorful background and choices along the bottom for body, face, ears, etc. Click on the one at the bottom that you want to appear in the box.
3) Once you go through adding each body part and resizing and coloring it as you wish, be SURE to click the word "Save" in the upper right above your avatar's image.
I hope this helps and you soon have your avatars for Buttercup and Coco!
