I became interested in chinchillas when I saw one at the pet store, hopping around in its cage! I got a chance to pet one and it was so soft!! So I decided to save up for one. My parents weren't pet people, so I had to wait until I moved out until I could get a chinchin of my own. I talk to a lot of other chin owners online and they told me all the pros and cons of owning one. None of my relatives had one, but I knew a friend that was breeding some ... but he was kinda strange so I decided not to buy one from him. I bought Wolf at the pet store, and then a little bit later, his friend Meow! They are so much fun to have!
