| Does anyone know if rabbits are divided into classification groups Example: Dog are divided into, Working, Gundogs, Hounds, Sporting, Toy etc Cat are divided into: Short hair, long hair and hairless Does anyone know a good website that has helpful information about this sort of thing????? I have been googling all day  Thanks

As far as I know there aren't any classification groups. There are longer haired rabbits, but rabbits are generally referred to by breed.

Rabbits are in the family Lagomorpha, along with hares and pikas. All domestic rabbits are in the classification "Oryctolagus cuniculus".
No there are no groups for rabbits, sorry.
